TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Please READ carefully, by purchasing this product, you (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) agree to the following terms.

TRAINING/SERVICE

MaptravayAcademy ( or “www.maptravayacademy.com”) agrees to provide Educational Training (hereinafter referred to as “Training”) as part of a sales contract (online). Customer agrees to comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the MaptravayAcademy Terms of Sale and Use as part of their participation in the Training.

DISCLAIMER

Customer understands that MaptravayAcademy (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) is not an employee, agent, attorney, physician, director, therapist, public relations or business manager, registered dietitian, financial analyst, psychotherapist or accountant. Client understands that Consultant has not promised, has no obligation to, and will not be obligated to (1) obtain or attempt to obtain employment, business, or sales for Client; (2) perform business management functions, including, without limitation, accounting, tax, or investment advice, or advice in connection therewith; (3) act as a psychoanalytic therapist; (4) act as a public relations manager; (5) act as a publicist to obtain advertising, interviews, articles, features, reports, television, print, or digital media; and (6) introduce Client to Consultant’s full network of contacts, media partners, or business partners. Client understands that no relationship exists between the parties after the completion of this Training. If the parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order, you are purchasing a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. To enter into a contract with MaptravayAcademy you must be over 18 years of age and have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. MaptravayAcademy reserves the right to refuse any request you may make. If your order is accepted we will notify you by email and confirm the identity of the party with whom you have entered into a contract. This will usually be MaptravayAcademy or in some cases a third party. Where a contract is entered into with a third party MaptravayAcademy is not acting as an agent or principal and the contract is between you and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale provided to you by them. When you place an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of overseas products and services may fluctuate. All advertised prices are subject to such change.

How we protect your data

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal data (username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site).

(A) OUR CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order: this email will be an acknowledgement only and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we have confirmed to you by e-mail that the goods which you have ordered have been dispatched to you. Only the goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(B) PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

(D) DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

You will receive an email receipt once we have successfully processed the payment. The email receipt contains your access to the Training registration area. You will have “lifetime access” (see Limited Access point) to the Training, if you have any difficulty accessing the member area or if you have lost your login or password, please contact me: contact@maptravay.online

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to do your best to apply all the strategies of the Training. We offer a 14-day refund period for purchases if less than 30% of the total Training content has been viewed (we use a database provider that provides accurate measurements regarding the audience of the total Training content). Refund requests within 24 hours of purchase may require additional verification in order to prevent piracy. If you decide that your purchase was not the right decision, within 14 days of registering, contact our support team at contact@maptravay.online and let us know that you would like a refund.

Refunds are only granted upon request by email, by a Customer who purchased the Training less than 14 days ago and who has completed less than 30% of the Training.

In case of doubt, we reserve the right to conduct additional investigations to determine whether the customer did not purchase the training in order to view a particular module before requesting a refund. Any abusive practice of this type will result in the outright refusal of the refund request.

NON-DISCLOSURE

The Company respects the privacy of the Customer and insists that the Customer respect the Company and the Participants in the Training (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”). Therefore, consider this to be a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Any confidential information shared by the Participants in the Training or any representative of the Company is confidential, proprietary and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it. The parties agree not to disclose, reveal or use any confidential information or transactions, during discussions, on the forum or otherwise. The Client agrees not to use such confidential information for any purpose other than to chat with other Participants during the Training. Participants agree to be contacted through the methods and details provided at the time of registration for the Training, on matters relating to, but not limited to: Training details, new offers, balances due and collections, unless otherwise requested by the consumer. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this agreement and shall not include information legitimately obtained from a third party. Both parties will keep the information strictly confidential and will use their best efforts to protect it from disclosure, misuse, spying, loss and theft. The Client agrees not to violate the Company’s rights of publicity or privacy. Furthermore, Client will NOT disclose ANY information to any third party obtained in connection with this Agreement or the Company’s direct or indirect dealings with Client, including, but not limited to, names, email addresses, titles or positions of Third Party Companies, telephone numbers or addresses. Furthermore, Consultant will not at any time, directly or indirectly, disclose any confidential information to any third party. Furthermore, by purchasing this product, you agree that if you breach or show any likelihood of breaching this Agreement, the Company and/or the other Participant(s) of the Training will be entitled to an injunction to prohibit such breaches in order to protect themselves from the harm of such breaches.

CLIENT LIABILITY

The Training is developed for educational purposes only. Client accepts and agrees that Client is solely responsible for his or her progress and results in the Training. Company makes no representations, warranties or guarantees, either verbal or written. The Client understands that due to the nature and scope of the Training, the results achieved by each Client may vary considerably. The Client acknowledges that, as in any business, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and that there is no guarantee that the Client will achieve his or her objectives as a result of participating in the Training. The education and information on the Trainings are intended for the general public and are not intended to be, nor should they be construed as, specific advice tailored to any particular person. The Company assumes no liability for errors or omissions in the information contained in the Trainings.

LIMITED ACCESS

Lifetime access is defined as the lifetime of the product, meaning that if you have fulfilled all of your payment obligations and complied with the terms of service, you will continue to have access to the Training until it is discontinued, the website is no longer in service, or the Company closes or declares bankruptcy, whichever occurs first. A decision to discontinue will be made at the sole discretion of MaptravayAcademy.

The Training is provided as is. Updates or changes may be made to existing accounts, but are not guaranteed.

While we make every effort to provide uninterrupted and consistent service, we do not guarantee specific availability. Service interruptions may occur from time to time due to vendor updates, outages, or service issues. Once found, we will work with our staff and suppliers to restore access as quickly as possible, but we make no guarantees as to time, speed or availability.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership, alliance or other similar relationship. Each party is an independent contractor in the performance of the Agreements and retains control over its personnel and the manner in which such personnel perform their duties hereunder. In no event shall such persons be deemed employees of the other party by reason of their participation or performance under the Agreements.

TERMINATION

The Company is committed to providing all Training Clients with a positive experience. By purchasing this product, Customer agrees that Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend, or terminate Customer’s participation in the Training without refund if Customer becomes disruptive to Company or Participants, Customer fails to follow Training guidelines, other Participants’ participation in the Training is hindered, or any terms and conditions set forth by Company are violated. Customer will still be required to pay the full contract amount.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

Every effort has been made to accurately represent this Training and its potential. This site and the products offered on this site are not associated, affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Amazon, and they have not been tested or certified by Amazon.
